How long does it take to receive my order?
All pieces are made to order. Custom pieces ship according to your design, we’ll provide an estimated completion date when you order.
Currently, we ship across the EU.
How should I care for my hand-painted clothing?
To preserve your unique design:
- Wash using cold water on a gentle cycle
- Air dry or tumble dry on low heat
- Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals
How do I place a custom order?
You can place a custom order by contacting us through our website or email, we work closely with our clients.

What is your return/exchange policy?
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds, except if an item arrives damaged. Please check your order details carefully before purchasing.
Will it fade over time?
Our designs are created using bleach, which naturally lightens fabric over time. The effect is part of the unique, one-of-a-kind look of each piece.
To keep your clothing looking its best, we recommend washing in cold water and air drying when possible.
Tattoos
Do you take walk-ins?
No, we don’t take walk-ins as we are a mobile tattoo service.
All appointments are by booking only to ensure we can travel to your location and give you our full attention.
Do I need to leave a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit of 20% is required.
The deposit is applied towards securing your booking and starting the design process.
How do I book a tattoo?
You can book a tattoo by contacting us through our website, email or instagram DM.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
If you need to reschedule, please try give at least 3 days notice. It is possible to reschedule your appointment once.
Deposits are non-refundable if it's a cancellation.
